What are KWENCH’s regular business hours?

We are staffed Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM & Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM. You can access the space outside of these hours if you have a 24/7 Membership using your fob. If you do not have a 24/7 Membership, you are only permitted to use the space during staffed hours.

How do I book a boardroom?

I want to host an event at KWENCH.

Sure, thing! Shoot an email to the head of Events & Culture, Karolina at karolina@clubkwench.com! Our event space rental options include public events, corporate event space, private party venue, heck we could be your wedding venue.

Can I attend all events that happen at KWENCH?

Unless specified that it is a private event, it is most likely an open function. All events vary, check out our events here or email hello@clubkwench.com to be sure!

Where do I park?

There is free 1-2 hour street parking all around KWENCH on Pembroke, Discovery, Store, between Bay and Discovery on Government, and on most of Chatham. If you’re a visual person check this out! You can pay for private parking in Robbins lots on Store Street between Herald and Fisgard, which averages about $10-12 a day. We encourage you to ride your bike and take advantage of our huge bike storage!

Can I bring a friend in to KWENCH to work with me if I have a Membership?

The answer is yes, but not always. If it’s their first time to KWENCH, they can have a trial day on us, if not they can buy a day pass at the front desk for $45.00. Our coworking space and shared office setup are great for collaborative work!

How do I pay for fitness classes?

Head over to the Third Space website and choose the membership you're looking for, which will give you access to all classes at KWENCH and at the Third Space Studio. Plus, KWENCH members get a sneaky 10% off all memberships.

Can I still attend fitness classes that are outside of regular business hours, even if I am not a 24/7 Access Member?

Yes, you can attend. The front door is scheduled to open 15 minutes before the class. In the case that you cannot access the building, give Caleb a call and he will buzz you in. His direct line is +1.905.716.9625.

Is coffee and tea really free? What about sparkling water?

Yes, the costs of coffee, tea, and sparkling water are all included in your membership. Stay thirsty.

Can I live here?

We totally understand if your workday extends outside of our regular business hours, and we are happy that you feel comfortable here! But no, we do not allow you to stay the night. Please go home, eventually :)
